The insight that shoppers who stop buying fresh produce are likely to be planning a holiday unlocked a highly targeted approach to travel insurance marketing with measurable uplift in conversion.

The Idea

Using Tesco Clubcard data, we identified this behaviour in real time, then served timely, personalised messages about travel insurance and travel money. No forms, no fuss, just a smart nudge before take-off.
